NLMA wins two communications awards

Communications Director Lynn Barter accepted two Pinnacle Awards, one for Community Affairs and one for Media Relations, on behalf of the NLMA.

The NLMA was recently awarded two Pinnacle Awards for excellence in communications by the provincial chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators.

     The NLMA was recently awarded two Pinnacle Awards for excellence in communications by the provincial chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. The award for Community Relations recognized the NLMA’s advertising campaign last year — It’s About You, It’s About Us, It’s About Time, while the Pinnacle Award for media relations recognized the NLMA’s news conference on September 23, 2002, held to notice of a physician service withdrawal.
